This program is structured to be an open seat offering for individuals and organizations that may not be positioned (size, structure, resources, etc.) to bring leadership training in-house but would benefit from sending an individual or two to training.

Program Overview
Moving into Leadership/Management is hard!
How does everyone know what to do and how to lead and manage??
The truth is they don't.
Leadership and Management skills are learned and developed through skills and outcomes-based development programs. This custom-developed program is based on everything I wish I had known when I first moved into management.
I have augmented those wishes with 20+ years of leadership experience, the feedback of 100's of Leadership clients, a Masters of Organizational Leadership, and a full-blown love of Leadership Training and Development to design and deliver the Foundations in Leadership and Management program as a highly comprehensive Leadership 'boot camp' filled with inner learnings, tactical skill building, templates to use in everyday leadership and management moments, and so much more!
This dynamic, hands-on, and experiential Foundational Leadership and Management program is designed for emerging and new leaders. We have even had seasoned leaders take part and comment that they learned (and relearned) so many applicable leadership skills!
The outcomes of the program will create the opportunity for growth and learning to enhance Emotional Intelligence, Team building, Coaching and Feedback, Self-awareness, Building Trust, and fostering healthy conflict resolution; between leaders, direct reports, and in organizations.
A high-level overview of the Foundations Program
In this program, attendees will
- Discuss and compare the Roles of Leadership and Management
- Self Assess their Leadership competencies
- Examine Individual and Organizational Values
- Understand the challenges and barriers in moving into Leadership
- Discuss and explore Emotional Intelligence in Leadership
- Examine strategies for Teambuilding and fostering a positive and engaged culture
- Identify and discuss strategies for nurturing Trust based Leadership, Empathy, and Psychological Safety as a people leader
- Understand barriers and strategies for healthy Conflict Resolution
- Review and practice Coaching and Feedback practices as leaders
- Develop a Leadership growth and Development Plan with SMART goals, milestones and indicators.

The Program is delivered over 4 days - 3 hours per day via Zoom
Cost: $995 +hst/per
